Changes Underway as Training Department Looks to Expand
The ICG Training Department is expanding! The newly created Operations Training Manager role will be a key leader of the ICG HR team and will be responsible for building a high-quality learning & development program for ICG’s plant and field operations teams. In partnership with the VP of HR, and key ICG plant and field operations stakeholders, this role will lead internal consultations on identifying current training needs and opportunities, take inventory of existing course content, serve as a driver of the process, establish curriculum, course design, and deploy training programs aimed at accelerating new hire performance, advancing organizational competency, and building bench strength.
